Community Code of Conduct

Last updated July 2026

Kindred is a place to have a real conversation with someone new and feel genuinely heard. That only works when everyone treats each other with respect. By using Kindred, you agree to this Code of Conduct.

What we expect

What's not allowed

Reporting & enforcement

You can leave any conversation instantly, and report or block anyone, all while your anonymity is preserved. Reports are reviewed at the account level, and we aim to respond within 24 hours.

Depending on severity, accounts that violate this code may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently removed. Serious violations, especially anything involving child safety, result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

Getting help

If something goes wrong, or you're not sure whether something belongs here, reach out at support@chatkindred.com. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

This Code of Conduct works alongside our Terms of Service, EULA, and Privacy Policy.
